How many spots are there?

Only 12 installs in January, and that number is firm. Spots go to the first 12 customers to pay their deposit.

When do I need to book by?

Your 20% deposit needs to be paid by 15 December to secure your January spot, with the electrical safety check included with your install.

How does the deposit work?

Your deposit is 20% of your Proposal total (inc GST), paid through the secure payment link in your Proposal by 15 December. Once it's paid, your January spot is locked in.

Can I get my deposit back if I need to cancel?

Yes, your deposit is refundable up to 7 days before your install date. After that, we can move your install to another date, but the deposit isn't refunded.

What does the safety check cover?

Your electrical safety check covers a smoke alarm check, a visual inspection of your switchboard and RCD (safety switch) testing, with a full report and recommendations. Any repairs it recommends are priced separately and only done with your OK.

How much will my install cost?

Every home is different, so we'll send you a Proposal for your install after your site visit.
